Being a lawyer never can and never will be just a job. When the liberty and life of a client are at risk, the lawyer who has been honored by a client's selection must passionately protect the client's freedom as if it were his own or a member of his family. Since 1977, Bruce Feder has followed this belief. and used it to inspire his representation of clients in the federal and state courts of Arizona and around the United States. During his career, he has handled bankruptcy, mail, mortgage, security and wire fraud charges for businesspersons and executives, large drug distribution( and small cultivation) charges, felony vehicular homicide charges and virtually every type of felony charge. Over the last fifteen years, he also has attracted a very active and substantial practice pursuing compensation for  clients  seriously injured or wrongfully killed by negligent companies and individuals, and defending lawyers and other professionals accused of unethical conduct before their respective Disciplinary Boards.

In order to protect individuals from the overwhelming power of the state and federal governments, Mr Feder has written articles advocating against the harsh and unsuccessful laws criminalizing   marijuana possession, and frequently lectured lawyers on trial tactics and advocacy, as well as the ethical dilemmas and requirements of being a lawyer.

Mr. Feder is a founding member(1986) and was president(1992) of Arizona Attorneys For Criminal Justice, (AACJ), Member Now Emeritus, Arizona State Bar Committee on Rules of Professional Responsibility (1988-Present); Member, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL); Member, Arizona Association For Justice (AAJ); American Association For Justice (AAJ); Member, Legal Committee, National Organization For Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).

He has been honored by his selection to Super Lawyers of The Southwest (2007-Present); Arizona's Finest Lawyers (2008-Present); Martindale Hubble Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers (1995-Present); American Trial Lawyers Association, 100 Best Lawyers in Arizona 2010.
